We have two types of products listed in this portal.
(1) Study Pack CD
(2) Downloadable E-Books
The orders for CD are delived via courier/ speed post after an address verification call from our customer care departement. It reaches the customer within 3-4 working days. If a customer do not receive the pack or any email regarding the cause of delay. He/She contact us at elpistechsolutions@gmail.com
The E-Books are downloadable products. The customers are redirected to download page immediately after successful online payment. If a customer pays using offline mode such as Demand Draft or Account payee cheque or fund transfer mode, he/she receives the download page link after receving the payment.
